"The customer service at this place was absolutely awesome. There was two employees that were a little slow mentally but they were very kind and very friendly it was honestly some of the best service I ever had . I don't know the names of both of them but thank you very much .."

"TLDR: Only accepts cash after midnight! I was on my way home late tonight after being gone all day and decided to place a mobile order for pick up. There were several cars in line, but I placed a mobile order, so I get to the box and am told they are only accepting cash. I say I already paid for a mobile order, and the employee informs me that they're not accepting mobile orders or any delivery service. Then he said if I had cash, I could pay that way. I asked about my payment submitted through the app and was told I'd get refunded in 3-4 business days. Shouldn't there be a way to turn off mobile ordering if you're not going to fulfill those orders? Also, it wasn't a machine problem. The employee just said they were only taking cash."

"I took my granddaughter to breakfast at McDonalds in Rossford. There were 2 people at a table and 1 person waiting to pick up an order. The drive-through was very busy. I believe there were 3 or 4 employees all working the drive-through. We were the only ones waiting to place our order. We waited and watched as the employees attended to the window. I waited 15, maybe 20 minutes for someone to come to take our order. I heard the manager call for no more breakfast. Someone finally came to take my order. It came quickly, which was probably due to breakfast being called over. Not one customer received a smile, not one good morning and not one thank you for your patience. Very sad!"

"Tried to go here late on a Friday night. Pulled up and said they were taking cash only, didn’t have cash. So I thought, well they have an app, so I pulled in a parking spot downloaded the app and fully ordered and payed for a food order. Only to get to the drive thru speaker again and have her say that they don’t take mobile orders and I should be getting a refund? Asked her why it would let me order and she said they can’t control it. Also something about because they are 24 hours or something she wasn’t speaking loud enough. Hoping I get my money back and will never go to this location again."

"I recently visited this McDonald’s and had an interaction with a staff member who was wearing notable eyeliner and had a fuller figure. To clarify, this description is not meant to shame but to aid in identifying the specific individual involved in my experience. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. My thanks were not acknowledged, and a request for forgotten ketchup was met with a less-than-polite response. Good customer service should be warm and attentive, and this visit did not meet those standards. I hope for future improvements in service at this location. Other than that the Coke I ordered tasted like coke mixed with Dr Pepper. The burgers were mid. I upped it to 2 stars though because this location is honest about the ice cream machine. Most locations say “ice cream machine broke” whereas here they said they just don’t serve it during these hours."
