"Me and my husband went to grab some food and we weren't able to get any help whatsoever. We waited for one of the people working there to come and take my order after 12 minutes of no help we went and placed our order at the kiosk when the food was ready not only they made the food wrong but they were also very rude very unprofessional. McDonalds do better"
"It started nice, the cashier was friendly at first when she took my money for both orders. I received one order and stood waiting nicely for the other one. I was watching her hand out the other orders while glancing at me. I assumed she knew I was still waiting for my other order. After the last customer got his food, I finally asked if she lost my order. She was very nasty in response with 'they were getting it'....they were not. I never responded. Just frowned. She called back to the kitchen several times. The manger saw my face, at this point, I was pretty angry at the whole thing. She very nicely asked if I was being helped, before I could even open my mouth to say anything ( all I had said at this point was did you lose my order, and they did btw) the cashier jumped in her face and was saying who knows what. I stood there in shock as the manager called back to the kitchen yet again. The manager never apologized or said sorry for the wait. It had been over twenty minutes at this point. I left and explained to the person waiting in the car what had happened, they went in and they just pointed to the bag. Our first order was ice cold as well as fries. But forget it. I get mistakes happen. They do. I know exactly what happened they cleared my order in the back on accident. The bags were still sitting with the printed order number on it. But a quick sorry about that, I would have laughed it off. But to be rude, not try to figure out what happened, then to not let me speak to the manager and physically put yourself to block her view of me. It was just odd! The whole thing was odd."
"I ordered the 2 for 6 sandwiches on a road trip. To deceive the customer they tore 1 piece of cheese in half and positioned it to stick out of the bun on 1 side and look like every other restaurant and the advertised signs. Pretty trivial to complain about but so is a 20 cent piece of cheese."
"Had a manager a couple years ago decide it was my problem they couldn't get my order made correctly, so I haven't been back in a while. Figured yall couldn't screw up fries.. but did you surprise me again. All burnt. Crunchy burnt. I watched them get pulled up and packaged, thought they looked a little done.. yep. Never again. Incompetence award goes to this location."
"While it's been several years since I ate a McDonald's. I was traveling with a friend for a trip. Only thing open that late at night. I don't know how you can serve someone a sticker in their burger. Burger was extra salty in my opinion. Along with serving cold fries. I understand being short staffed explains why the drive thru was closed. Not one worker said hello. Not one worker helped anyone at the counter. Didn't seem pleasant or enjoy their jobs."
