Reviews
"Surprisingly absolutely amazing. Almost everything from scratch. Can not praise this place enough. Was going to another place in town and saw this restaurant at random. Will make the 35 min drive to eat here again."
"Food was delicious. I’m assuming the person that took our order and served our food was the owner. He was super nice. Love that they make their own in house ranch, butter, breads and serve soda that doesn’t have high fructose corn syrup in it. 10/10 recommend this place"
"We were excited to try out the restaurant, but were sadly disappointed. Although the server was nice, we had to seat ourselves, get our own menus and drinks. The dining area was clean, but the atmosphere was cold and sterile, like a school cafeteria. The only ambient noise in the cafe was the loud soda machine and other guests' conversations. We tried to order the burger, but they were out of buns and burger meat. The menu boasts home made, but the chicken nuggets were bland and tasted like frozen patties. Although they were breaded, there was absolutely no trace of seasoning. The turkey bagel sandwich had only one and a half slices of turkey and the bagel was so hard that it couldn't be bitten into. The fries were just OK and also pretty bland tasting. The menu was way overpriced for the amount and quality of food received. For that price, I would expect to eat on proper plates, nice napkins and glass drink ware, instead of metal baskets with paper liner, flimsy napkins, and paper cups. Although we both ate something different from the menu, we both felt ill almost immediately after eating. We definitely will not be back."
"The staff was kind. We were the only ones there. Very limited options for a menu. The nuggets are more like "chicken" patties if you can call it chicken it tasted closer to fish than chicken to me. The food is way overpriced for what you get the kids meal is the same thing as althe adult meal but you get an extra "nugget" my mom got a B.L.A.T a BLT with avocado. There was no flavor. For a "scratch kitchen" there's nothing to be excited about. The food before COVID was wonderful. The beef Manhattan will be a missed item for sure. My family probably won't be back due to the prices and disappointing food. $60 for 2 kids under 5 and 3 adults to grab a quick lunch. If you need to look up the menu make sure you do it through Facebook because that's the only place it's posted."
"Just some hopefully constructive criticism. Hash brown were greasy and had no flavor. One order could not even eat. Maybe switch to home fries. Biscuits were hard, tasted stale. Sauage gravy was good. Omelet was good but thought it was a 3 egg. Very small for the price. Great coffee and nice atmosphere. May try your restaurant again after you've been open longer."
