"1st and last visit.. Absolutely disgusting food, wayyy over priced, service was equally bad, no refills on drinks, no napkins, etc.. Never again.."
"Great little diner for breakfast. The pancakes were terrific. Bring an empty stomach because the portions are large and very filling."
"Local diner where everyone is greeted with joy and sassiness. Food is very good. I don't think they've ever gotten an order wrong or failed to accommodate any special request. Stop in for the people and enjoy the meal!"
"As I have the opportunity to travel the highways and byways I get the opportunity to visit small towns and local restaurants. They are almost always better than the big chain restaurants and you actually get to meet local folks and listen to what is going on with them. Kelly's Kitchen is such a place. You will immediately get a sense that this is a place that is at once welcoming yet not extravagant. When I walked in and sat down a total stranger and his wife from across the room greeted me with a very pleasant good morning. These are folks who I had never met before and likely unfortunately will never see you again. But it was all the same to them. They like being friendly here. Most of the folks sat at a couple of longer tables and talked about the affairs of the day and their own businesses. You get the sense they've known one another for decades. I get the sense that many were farmers. But unlike the way they are portrayed in the media these folks were quite on top of things. The food itself was about what you might expect. Decent amounts that were filling with reasonable prices. I thought the coffee was a bit on the weak side. But the waitress was attentive and pleasant. If you find yourself in the area, check it out. I think you'll be happy you did."
