"I've been to this location a few times, when I've been down in Findlay Ohio. Staff and food were fine, all the times I've been in but the place needs a little TLC on the inside. The dining area needs a deep clean and maybe a couple repairs, as there seemed to be some damage on one of the tables and on the wall near it."

"None of the buns were toasted out of my $20 order that included the new cheesy bacon burger. My turkey slider wasn’t heated either. When I brought my receipt in to get my food remade the staff all stared at me until my order was ready. Every time I have gone to this arbys they haven’t toasted my beef and cheddar buns. Overall this arbys is unprofessional and the staff needs trained on how to make sandwiches."

"Just went through the drive through. Only for 3 sandwiches, chicken tenders, and fries. Two sandwiches should have been toasted and weren't, the burger was soaked in sauce, the only decent thing was the tenders that were at least warm. They weren't busy but had to ask us to pull up to wait and the lady who brought the food out didn't even really say anything but shoved the food at us."

"Absolutely worst Arby’s ever. Always forgets sauces & cheese sauce. Not to mention they forgot Arby’s sauce and cheese sauce on a freaking BEEF NAD CHEDDAR!!! incompetent is an understatement, not to mention they don’t even have an active phone number that you can call and complain."
