"Very rude staff. We came through the drive and the young man at the intercom had a very light voice. You could not hear him. We stated that multiple times. A lady by the name Yolanda comes on yelling at us because we could not hear the young man. We pulled off because with that attitude I do not want them servicing me or my family. I called to speak with the general manager Amanda who was very argumentative. I asked for the young lady name so that I can call corporate to make a complaint and the fact that the manager is okay with her staff yelling and running paying customers away says a lot about this location. Very very unprofessional."

"Gotta love waiting in line for damn near 20+ minutes with only two other people while four workers just stand around talking and then getting asked “what I ordered again?” when I’m literally the only person left in line. Finally got my food and it looked like it was made by a toddler and had all of the stuff I specifically asked to be taken off still on. Like I get it’s Burger King but I really am so tired of not even getting bare minimum from people working fast food. These companies need to start holding the losers they hire accountable."

"The most frustrating drive thru experience. I waited at the pick up window for over 15 mins and not once did anyone talk to me or tell me sorry or there was an explanation..nothing. Manager was just walking around inside asking other employees when their shift was over. Seemed as though many employees were just standing around. Then to top it off the employee just hands you your bags without saying a single word. Terrible customer service."
