"Ordered pork chop dinner and chicken wing dinner. My daughter and I were very satisfied with the food as well as the service. We ordered our food to go to our surprise when we arrived home we noted our meat was packaged separately from the dishes that had juices (greens, candied sweet potatoes) which was very appreciated!"

"I've been hearing rave reviews about this place and decided to try them. First of all the food looked and smelled GREAT and customer service wasn't that bad. Now I am allergic to seafood but I went on and ordered from them thinking hey they probably have the common sense not to cross contaminate because I'm not the only on with food allergies in Toledo. Well I was wrong because I got a meal from them and ended up in the ER. PLEASE COOK YOUR CHICKEN AND PORK CHOP IN DIFFERENT GREASE THAN YOU USE TO FRY YOUR FISH IN! Sad to say I will not be returning to this establishment."

"I’ve dined here plenty of times with my family for breakfast lunch and dinner. Service & food are usually great! This visit how ever wasn’t as pleasant as the others, the food was okay. Food came out hot but wasn’t as flavorful. We I ordered the lunch special fried chicken and two sides, my husband had the Memphis burger platter. The service was great as always but restaurant appearance needs so care. Overall I wanted to support a local black owned business and that felt good!"
