"Well I went in to order told the girl at the front counter that we would like to sit down and eat and says ok, soni go on order our food and we sit down wait for our food to come out, we then got our food and 5 minutes later the girl ( she says shes the manger) told us that we couldn't sit and eat and I asked why and she proceeds to tell me that when you make a take out order that you can't sit and eat and I told her ma'ma I didn't do a take out order and she says well that's what the boxes mean that you have and I proceeded to again tell her I didn't do a take out order and she says well next time you come in you can't sit and eat if I do a take out order she was very rude while she was talking to me!!! Another thing I think it's crazy that they charge $6 for 3 pieces of garlic toast as I posted a picture of what it looks like.. Im very dissatisfied with how I got treated, very unprofessional!!!"

"Good food but the stuffed breadsticks are so much smaller than they used to be. $20+ for 6 breadsticks is too much when they are half the size they used to be when they first open. Poor way to cut costs."

"Our first experience with Polleyes on 9/25/23 we placed a pick-up order for stuffed sticks and within hours we were at the ER with food poisoning. A horrible experience for sub-par food - we will never return."
