"Opted for dinner post-work, placed a mobile order, but it took them 10 minutes to sort out the order name. Received incorrect items and some were missing. Staff seems incompetent, and to add to the disappointment, the food was stiff and cold, likely due to sitting out during the 25 minutes I was in line. Previous attempts to resolve similar issues yielded no refunds, so won't be returning."
"December of 23. Sign in the window says dining room open! Doors locked. No drive thru traffic. Employees leaning against the counter talking. Called and asked why closed. They said understaffed hung up. I recommend Burger King next door!"
"Honestly, the food is good here. My sandwich is usually pretty good. However, I've just stopped buying fries here all together because they are never good. Only seems to be an issue at this Arby's. Just don't get the fries. Crinkled or curly."
"I guess the portion sizes shrunk but you pay the same. The chicken tenders used to be big and juicy, today they were very thin and about the size of the sauce cup. The roast beef sandwich meal looks more like a dollar menu sandwich with 2 slices of beef."
