"Waited at the counter for 5 minutes just to have some tell me to use the kiosk. The employee wasn't even busy and could have taken my order at the counter. You need to have a counter attendant, some people hate the kiosk. Do better, be better."

"Beware!!!! Cash paying customers, don't show the cash till told the correct price!!! We went through the drive thru for a cheese burger happy meal and was told $4.49 over the speaker, got to payment window, and the female asked what we ordered, and then told us $7, we tried asking why the change in price and was ignored. We went to the next window for our order and asked, what's the price for this happy meal was, this person then tells us $4.49, like originally stated on the speaker. So we asked to talk to a manager after talking to 3 different people, one of them finally brought out the rest of our change, no explanation, sorry, nothing!!!!!! The $2.51 means nothing to us, it's the lies, and cheating is why this is being posted to help others from being cheated the $2.51 and really need it."

"The rudeness of the staff is disgusting. They refused to accept cash or charge and forced clients to use the kiosk. I have seen plenty of people coming out of the bathroom with dry hands touch that kiosk. I cannot imagine how many bacteria might be on that thing I'll pass on the possibility of fecal matter. And they were very rude about it. I left and went somewhere else where I knew I would receive good customer service and less risk of illness."
