Hot Head Burritos

"One of my favorite bowl style restaurants! All the flavors and options as Chipotle, Mo's, Q-doba, etc... but with a large variety of different sauces and serving options!"

"I loved going to hot heads but not no more. The service that I had today sucked and they justify they're rudeness, annoyed and the attitude all because they're co-worker didn't show up. I never did anything to them to give me and my family attitude."

"Closing manager was not friendly and not inviting. We came in to eat 45 minutes before closing and 3 times during ordering he stated they were closing in 45 minutes and then 2 times in less than 40 minutes. We understood the first time but did not say anything about it to him. Then also told us that if we would have been one minute later into the restaurant we couldn't have ordered the churros because he was closing that machine down. I still did not say a single word to him about it. Then he approached our table and told us they were closing in 20 minutes we were already cleaning our space up and getting ready to throw our trash before he approached us. I never post negative reviews about places I visit but this one was well deserved."

"$13.95 for one small cookie, a 21 oz drink and this blob of a “quesadilla.” Bottle cap for size reference. This is just a balled up tortilla with toppings inside. I was also unaware that the lettuce and Pico was going to be thrown in with it so the lettuce was all slimy and nasty inside. Pico and lettuce are supposed to go on cold. The tortilla was super gross, not at all grilled like a quesadilla should be. I ate about a quarter of it because I was hungry but couldn’t stomach the rest. It was just really gross and I wish I could just get my money back. That was a lot of money to me. Was going to just spend $5 at Wendy’s but thought I’d treat myself to something better. Regret that choice. Staff were friendly, I can comment on that."

"First time here or any hot head location and I was very impressed with the selection of all kinds of different options. Honestly so much to choose from that the employees had a lot of recommendations. The sauces were very good. Would highly recommend getting a order of churros for dessert. I got my burrito toasted and it definitely added to the flavor. Only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the sweet habenro just too different for me inside a burrito."
