"I hate this wingstop. It used to be one of my favorite places to get wings but the quality has gone downhill. Order 20 well done flats and what you end up getting is a bunch of 2inch long wings that are cold and soggy, even though you picked them up 3 minutes BEFORE the time you scheduled. This place is a joke and so are the workers."

"Just went to this place. Waited 45 minutes for 2 combos. Thought the combos came with the drink, they did not so for charged $4 for 2. Saw a kitchen cook opening one of the shakers with his shirt. Ordered dine-in and they gave me it to-go even after she asked me 3 times dine-in or take-out. If I could leave 0 stars I would!"

"This has been my kids' go-to request for the past several months, and I don't get the obsession. The food is just OK (they get an extra star for the ranch because it is seriously SO good). The service though - good gosh it is so bad. I order online and even though the timer says '16-21 minutes '...please understand this is a lie. I have never once gotten an order under 45 minutes. One time I waited 30 minutes before I even left my house, was told it would be another 10 minutes when I got to the store, and it ended up being 1 hour and 20 minutes from the time I placed the order. If it's going to be an hour, just say that. I'd rather wait at home than in the tiny, dirty, loud lobby/dining area. Best of luck to anyone thinking of ordering for the Super Bowl. There's a sign on the wall telling employees they can't request it off, but you may still have to get your order in now."

"This location continually has poor service. No matter if you order from DoorDash, order pick up, or order in store, you will always wait a minimum of 20 minutes after your food ready time slot. I understand staffing is an issue all over but it seems like this store just doesn’t have a flow that’s manageable. The cashier spends several minutes on the phone while people are lining up to order or to pick up food. The kitchen staff clearly doesn’t have the proper training on how to get food out efficiently while maintaining standards. I don’t blame the staff. I blame the managers. Overall a horrible experience every time. Not worth the time. Not worth the money. I’m done here. Buffalo Wild Wings isn’t that far away."
