"It does have good stuff but what I wanna know is how come there is no hair products for black or biracial people, I'm a mother to 3 biracial kids and use certain products in their hair.. the austinburg location is the only dollar general in ashtabula that doesn't carry anything for them.. and I live right by it so it's very convenient for me to go to this location instead of going into Ashtabula to get them"

"I had trouble finding the T.P. that was in the back shelves. Eggs were out of stock on Sunday morning as were a lot of other items in the refrigerated section. Prices seemed fine and the employee was very friendly. Though not busy while I was there, everyone was wearing masks."

"Most of the older employees are wonderful. The younger girl, however, has a nasty attitude and I will not be returning here. It's a real shame because the location is convenient for me to pick up laundry soap, etc. I will not spend my money here when the employee makes me feel unwelcome and snaps at me."
