"Store says they are open until 9 pm. Pull in at 845 and there is a girl standing at the door turning people away saying they are closed. I said they sign says they don't close till 9pm and she said "we decided to close early." Not surprised as the Genoa location is on top for being the worst around the area. As you can see I'm still able to post this before 9pm still"

"It's a shame that the store has to keep closing at 5, maybe if cooperate would hire felons they could stay open. Most men of working age in Genoa are felons."

"This is pretty much the only dollar general I'll go to. You walk into the other stores and it's dirty and everyone has an attitude. I walk in here and everything is always shipshape and I usually walk out with a bigger smile than when I walked in."

"Clean, quick even though busy. Helpful staff with no attitude. The lady at The Dollar Tree was SO rude to me. But, I don't walk in her shoes. Could've been a hard day for her. Just called her a b uber my breath and moved on."

"Employee was very helpful with an item she saw me trying to reach on a shelf over my head and I didn't have to ask, she just saw me struggling and walked up and helped. Most stores anymore the Employees run and hide before they will help a customer. So kudos to that young lady for stepping up to help!"
