"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed a delivery order from work. 2 hours later, no food, no call. Called and called the store for over 40 minutes, no one answered. Finally left my office and drove over there, to find a tiny tiny handwritten note on the door, saying "Closed 4/6/21 Due to staffing". Apparently, whoever decided this failed to notify Door Dash that they were, in fact, closed. Had to call Door Dash to get a refund. When I got back to the office, I decided to check the website. All it said was that delivery was unavailable at the location, and invited me to pick up my order instead! No mention of them being completely closed."
