"I go here a lot, today 2/15 I stopped by while doing some deliveries and grabbed lo mein and chicken teriyaki plate. I finally get a chance to sit down and eat about an hour later. Add the teriyaki sauce and stir the noodles and THERE'S A LADY BUG UNDER ALL MY NOODLES. I tried to call and couldn't get an answer. I paid 11 bucks for my lunch to not have bugs!"

So they refuse to substitute it when there is no way for me to order it in the app. I was going to place the order.
