"The fries where severly under cooked and we had a bit of a wait but other than that a relatively good experience. Back when I worked there though I slayed best burgers around take it back to 2016"

"I have never done a review on a fast restaurant because I have never had high expectations. Feb 9 at 620 pm I decided to stop at burger King with no expectations. When I arrived to the speaker to place my order.....I was greeted with a friendly voice and very strong communication skills. Even though my order appeared on the screen, the employee ensured my order was correct by recalling my order. Then I proceeded to the first window and the young man offered me condiments and even ask if I like a crown. I have never been ask did I want one as a kid and I'm 47 years old and he was the first. Kudos to him. Then I pulled to pick up my order and the gentleman brought my order to the window and made sure everything was correct. Whoever hired this team did an awesome job. Polite, friendly, and professional sum up my experience. Best burger King experience I have ever had. If I'm ever back in this area I will definitely come to this location. Thank to all the team members on shift. Kudos...."

"Would have had a little different experience had I'm guessing her name was Krystina hadn't have given me an attitude and a half when I told her I wanted a coke with no ice not a diet coke with no ice..her garbage demeaner lowered the score tremendously. I don't have to come here I chose out of all the places to come here and now yet again another burger king I won't be returning to due to the fact your cashier or dt person had to be nasty cause she couldn't hear coke and thought I said diet coke.."

"The food was fantastic. But the employee taking the order didn’t hear me say CHEESEburger. So when I was handed two hamburgers, I let the employee know that they were supposed to be cheeseburgers. He made me pay an extra 60 cents. So petty when it was the cashier’s fault. Sometimes, you should just correct the food, apologize, and let the 60 cents go."
