"Imaginative beginnings is a great center! Their teachers number one priority is always their students and their safety! The staff is very loving and caring and treats their students like their own! Their rooms are very spacious and the environment is great!"

"I really don’t want to be writing this. However here I am. When we toured the facility it seemed wonderful and that they would be keeping our child safe. Well that is not the case she started on a Tuesday and Wednesday I received a phone call at 4pm that my child was no longer welcome because she had figured out how to open the gate in the outside play yard. This left us scrambling to find a new place. Thankfully we did. When I went to pick her up I asked questions as to how many times this had happened and was told that it had happened multiple times on Tuesday and multiple times on Wednesday. When I asked why I was not called on Tuesday when this happened so we could have created a safety plan for her if this happened again. I was told I didn’t think about it. Now my main question is where was the adult? If they noticed this happening why were they not standing by the gate. If you need to help another child then take the child who needs extra supervision with you to help that other child. I am very disappointed with this daycare. I really hope this doesn’t ever happen to another family."
