Hot Head Burritos

"Food is normally good but your "manager" is the worst. All she does is complain about her workers, loudly, and complain about how much she wishes she wasn't working. Used to go all the time but now I'd rather avoid it."

"I order a bowl 3-5 times a week before work for a solid year. I ordered a bowl and picked it up before work one day and it was really HALF a bowl. I didn't have time to return it and when I reported it to the manager they treated my like I was a criminal trying to get over on them- I make over 80k a year. This was 9 years ago and I haven't been back since. I will continue to eat elsewhere and call in special orders every-so-often that I know I'm not going to pick up until my bowl is replaced."

"I don’t know what has happened to this location or company. The quality of food is just poor for the price. My chicken burrito had literally crumbled up burnt dark chicken on it idk what that was. It was awful. My fajita veggies were nothing but red onions. I had soooooo much red onions on that burrito that’s all i could taste. I ordered and paid extra for guacamole,of course it was a teaspoon amt. I promise you hot heads that was the worst burrito of my life. I would just cook at home. I would rather Taco Bell. I would give anything if qudobe was around here. Today the food was disgusting honestly. I think that’s it for me and hot heads."

"I love the food at Hot Head. It gets a bit pricey at times, with some added fees for certain items that they don't always do a good job of informing you about, but it's always tasty and fresh. I think my biggest frustration though is that I never know what to expect from the food-prep workers. Some are cool, and clearly care about what they're putting together. They give good portions, and offer advice, and are really fun, chill people. Other times their people seem distracted, or in a rush, or just apathetic, and they skimp on ingredients, or seem easily confused by instructions that their other coworkers understand just fine. They're also -always- out of fajita veggies."

"If you’re going to charge more than Chipotle, at least be as generous or more generous with the ingredients. Employees are nice but are very stingy. Extra charge for lots of stuff. At $15 for a meal, you don’t get much food."
