"Place is going down hill they never have what you want. They got rid of so much. Can't see the meat you are getting or them putting it together aymore because they put a big silver cover over just that section so you don't see what your getting. The people behind they counter don't pay attention to your order and you have to repeat twice or correct them when making it. They got a different oven now that is louder and doesn't do well. The place looks dirty now and old and generic. They need a serious update. Why get rid of the egg???? They are not relatable like they used to be. They don't hire locals either anymore. Rather drive extra to Swanton now for the food."

"Should have more people for your lunch shift… waited in line for 15 minutes of my 30 minute break to get to the end to cash out for my order to be messed up bc the TWO employees were slammed with orders. They were doing their best to multitask and in result, I now don't get to have lunch on my lunch break. At least the employee apologized and offered to remake it but due to them being so busy I declined."
