"I've been a patron of Cancun for a while. I will say the quality has gone down hill recently, especially with the experience that I had last night. Food is usually good, however, the salsa on the other hand, tasted like "crushed tomatoes." Some other reviews have stated that, and I agree. My party asked for a hotter salsa to mix with the mild, and it definitely helped. Finally had some flavor. HOWEVER, the service, frankly SUCKED, and I will elaborate. Our waiter was not really attentive, never asked for refills, didn't check on us a whole lot, we had to ask for more chips and salsa. The usual. Lastly, this is the best part. I ordered one of the specials last night. Dish was good, but when I get my bill, I see that the line item (how the entree is listed on the receipt) is still full price. I let the waiter know. I said "wasn't this dish on special tonight?" His says "uh yeah" and takes my bill to reprint it. As he walks around the back of our table, I hear him swearing about me in Spanish. NEWSFLASH, I've been studying Spanish for a good while now, and that is not a good practice to get into, if you want to keep patrons coming to your business. Probably won't be back."

"Cancun was almost as fast and inexpensive as taco bell, but a fantastic experience. In town for a work trip and needed a quick and inexpensive meal before heading back to the hotel. This restaurant met those requirements and was a great place to have dinner and watch the end of the football game at the bar. Complimentary chips and salsa were served right away and great to hold me over. Corona on draft was great! I ordered combination 17 from the menu and it was served in all of 5 minutes. I was in and out happily in well less than an hour! Would totally recommend for those traveling or for a quick and reasonably priced meal that's not fast food!"
