"Ate at an IHOP in Holland Ohio. We had the worst service ever. I actually took the time to make a complaint with the General Manager. She sent a few cards for meals, I wasn't sure I'd ever use them. I'm glad I did Stacy was a great waitress and redeemed the company with great service"

"The restaurant was very nice, clean and comfortable. We were seated fairly quickly and waited on just as quickly. Our server was personable with a good sense of humor. The menu choices were excellent and comparable in price to other places! Our food was excellent…there were 5 of us and we all had different dishes and all were delicious! Our server, Stacy (Ward) did a wonderful job especially since they were short staffed. We will be going back because we had an all-over good experience at this IHOP!"

"Fantastic food and server was great, I know they were busy or short staffed. I never saw anyone just standing around, even though a very rude man beside us left early and had our server wondering what she did wrong. Was a super nice girl and made sure everything was fine. Did was wonderful- family of 3 and all were happy with our meals. (Personally had the southwest chicken breakfast bowl- it was awesome!!)"

"I enjoy breakfast restaurants, and I go very often with my family, and IHOP is always one of our options. Unfortunately in this location the waitress who attended us was not nice, I asked for a BLT sandwich for my 6-year daughter and she said it was for 55+ only, then I asked to see if there was something in the menu like the BLT or even make it for her doesn't matter if the price was different but she just say no. We often order the same sandwich for my daughter in other locations, and we have never had any problem. Also, her attitude was kind of rude. Like she was mad or something...I will avoid stopping by this place in the future, and I will recommend you to find other options with a better customer's experience."

"Very nice restaurant. If I lived close I would frequent. Waitress was really nice and the restaurant itself is nicely built. I had buttermilk pancakes and they were gluey, pastey in my mouth. Like a spoonfull of glue. The waitress was so nice, I didnt want to complain. So I just washed it down with coffee. Other than that, nice place."
