"I love my groomer and the cashier was nice too."
"The process overall was easy, helpful, and hopefully will be more comfortable the next time. The only concern and reason why I didn't give 5 stars is that my dog was very sad, traumatized, and didn't act right for the next 3 days. She wouldn't let us touch her, had multiple potty accidents, shook, and wouldn't eat. This is unusual behavior after all the grooming appointments she's had elsewhere. I hope that nothing happened to her. My dog is such a sweetheart and isn't aggressive at all. She is normally a love bug."
