McDonald's

"Despite my best efforts, I have been unable to find any instances of the phrases "hard", "crispy" and/or "crunchy" being desired descriptors of a biscuit, other than of course the British use of the word. Today after paying for my breakfast and not receiving a receipt (again). I pulled up to the next window and was eventually handed a bag with a physically knockable hard bottom biscuit(again). I decided I had enough of the hit and miss and once I got the attention of the person at the window I said "this is hard and basically inedible." They poked it and said "that's just the way they are" and promptly closed the window, so I left, but finding it actually inedible I turned around despite knowing since I had not gotten a receipt I wouldn't get a refund, so I didn't bother asking for a refund. I was still was not about to handle the trash they just forced upon me so I left the bag of "food" on the counter, no point in discussion or returning again at this point, complacency has set in. To think I would go out of my way to go here every morning to avoid the hot mess that is Findlay fastfood. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯"

"Drive through efficient, high school and college servers kind and smile. The best McDonald's I got to and would never question stopping here. Small town atmosphere inside. Mocha cappuccino."

"The facility was filthy! Almost every table was covered in crumbs and food. The bathrooms were gross. Each toilet in the women's bathroom had poop streaks in them. There was toilet paper all over the floor. The mirrors were covered, and one soap dispenser was empty. Bathrooms don't get that dirty overnight. This is several days of simply not cleaning. My husband said the men's restroom was just as dirty. They weren't busy either. Only 3 tables were occupied, and no line at the drive through. The employees had plenty of time to clean things up. I won't go back there. Completely disgusting!"

"This McDonalds is located in Ohio off the I-75 interstate. It was clean and modern looking. They had senior citizens working and providing excellent customer service. The food was typical McDonalds fare and no surprises. Overall, I would recommend this McDonald's as a good spot to take a food break"

"Very clean but very short staffed when I went. They took almost 30 minutes to get our food ready. When we asked what happened they said they only had one person in the kitchen and they apologized. The mcrispy sandwich was so hard I couldn't even bite into it... Like it was microwaved too much and then fried. The fries were hard and dry. We were going to bring it up, but we already waited so long and had to leave. The McChicken sandwiches were okay."
