"Went for lunch at around 11. Grilled chicken wrap was already at least an hour old, and burnt. Had to pull to the side and wait for 2 chicken sandwiches and a wrap when we were 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru. Would probably avoid this if I had to do it again."

"Clyde is the star of this show. He visited with the customers, he cared about our experience, and was a genuinely great guy. The service was quite fast, and the staff super nice. Clearly, they have great management! Wendys is generally delicious, and this time didn't disappoint. The pretzel bun was a little dryer than I remembered from the last time they had them, but it was still delicious. "6 or 7 workers. All teenagers. Three of them walked past me without asking for my order. No other customers. No customers in the drive thru. No one took my order, so I walked out. This place is extremely poorly managed. It's just a teenager hangout and no one understands customer service. 1/14/24 at 4:30 p.m."

"Gross carpet throughout the entire eating area!!! Our shoes literally stuck to the blackened carpet. They were scrubbing the tiled area at 7:30 pm, making that flooring slippery to customers walking to tables. The tables were dirty. A woman who appeared to be in charge informed us, " they hadn't been able to clean tables as the drive up window was too busy" The food was good and service for that was great. Use the drive through!!!"
