"If I could give zero stars I would. We came to LuLu’s on Dec 10th for my birthday. There were 3 in my party. It was super busy so we understood when we sat at our table for 15 minutes without anyone coming to the table. When our server did get to our table she was friendly. She took our drink order and our food order at that time. Twenty minutes later one person in my party got all of their food and the other person had their steak delivered. Nothing else in their order and non of mine. The steak wasn’t cooked all the way so I stopped our server and told her it wasn’t correct. 10 more minutes went buy and they brought the steak out but again nothing else came with it. Table’s around us got seated and their food. I finally had enough and went up to my server and told her I wanted the food taken off my bill and I just wanted the bill for the one complete order. She was very apologetic and said she’d get everything made and even if she had to pay our bill we wouldn’t owe anything. We waited another 15 minutes after that to have our order delivered on plates with to go boxes so we could box up our own food. This was our first visit to the Bluffton location and our last. The only good thing about this place was the server. It’s one birthday I’m sure I’ll remember."

"Super friendly team, good prices, great service. The pancakes are as big as a dinner plate-and there are 3 in a order but I believe you can request less. Love the small town diner vibe."
"Lulu’s offers homemade food and a reasonable price. Breakfast served all day and they’re fast. They are only open until 2:00, so get there for breakfast or lunch!"
"Great spot for a generous tasty meal! Fast service and nice staff. Today I had the Juddkin’s omelet. While it was good, it was far from my favorite. It was a little wet from what I assume was the tomato. Not nearly as much flavor as what I expected from the description. Other plates on the table were delicious! I know for next time."
