"I have loved Ruler for many years. I am sad that I can no longer deal with it. I have tried 3 weeks in a row, and each time, no check outs are open and self check out has been backed into the freezer section. I like their groceries however customer service is no longer important at Ruler Foods. For this I am giving them 1 star. Prior to this, I would have given them 5 stars"
