"I went in a few minutes before close and was instantly denied service even though I waited in line before the closing time to get just a 6in sub. As a frequent customer, and pregnant lady this is quite frustrating and immediately shows that they don't care for their customers since before 9pm their willing to turn them away, even if they wait for service. Honestly makes me wish you could rate a 0 star because 1 star is to generous for this type of customer service treatment."

"Don't bother going here. They have been cooking under proofed buns and refuse to do anything for those who end up with inedible food."

"My dad went in to get subs for dinner and ended up being sold an unfinished sandwich all because the workers thought shift change was more important than taking care of the customer. Will not be back and already put in a complaint to corporate."

"I have had good and bad experiences here. Lately, it has been bad. I have been served by a woman, I believe is named Andrea, multiple times. She is very rude. Plus lately the lettuce has been brown. I have to ask for new vegetables after lunch time and get treated differently as soon as I ask. I also watched one of their employees, not working at the time, put on gloves and touch her phone, and then put her hands in the prepared food for customers and make herself a sandwich. I brought this to their attention and they said its lucky they made my food beforehand."

"Got 3 subs an had problems with all of the. My cheese was wrong, my husbands bread was wrong an my grandson ordered a chicken bacon ranch only they didn't put any ranch on it. Think I'll find a new location. These are not the first mistakes but they will be the last."
