"Ordered a classic chicken sandwich thru the drive thru told the robot 3 times no mayo. Got to the window and asked is the chicken sandwich no mayo, guy said yes. Get home and you could obviously see the chicken had mayo on it and they just ducked it back in the fryer. The the chicken was SO dry and burnt I took one bite and threw it away. Also you could still see the little bit of lettuce that was on the sandwich still had some mayo on it so all they did was knocked the lettuce off scraped the bun and refried the chicken. Waste of $6."
"Bad customer service I went through the drive thru and I ordered 2 combos of A Big Buford 2Combo and they only gave me one and then I went inside and told them my situation and they only gave me one since they didn’t give me the combo the first time through the drive thru so I went inside and one of the crew members which was a white guy with two lip piercings who was being racist towards me when I nicely walked in asking for my food that I didn’t get. Then he told me to reorder the combo and I did but when he processed to take my order he didn’t want to give me the two combo meals."
