Wendy's 409 North 13th Street, Decatur, IN 46733

"Went to this establishment with my spouse Sunday evening at approximately 7 PM we dined in the order taker, I believe was management upon walking into the establishment. One of the employees was attempting to fix. It may have been a broken drawer our order was placed after making our order the same mail employee that was helping to try to fix the drawer had placed our fries on our tray none of which have said anything about those Bihar fries or that we could take them at that point we stood there, waiting for the rest of our order to be placed on the tray after about five minutes or so our sandwiches were finally placed on the tray. None of the employees had told us that it was for sure our order so I stood there for a few, waiting for them to acknowledge me and let me know that it was for sure our order. The employee which took our order finally looked up at me and said that it was ours. Our fries were cold by the time we got seated. Well dining in the restaurant you heard the employees cursing as they spoke to one another. The store was not busy at all. The service, quality of food, pricing, and atmosphere were not good. We’ve been to Wendy’s multiple times throughout the years and this last year has always been bad. It’s the same no matter what time of day or night we’ve gone!! The store could be cleaner as well for not having a full lobby or drive thru each visit. We’ve been both drive thru as well as dining in and it’s always not good service and food!"

"The food was good and hot which was a plus but considering the fact we waited for almost 15 minutes for our food, the order taker was extremely rude and the person who brought us the food basically threw it in the truck then the lighting of the parking lot and no painted lines to even tell you where to go was insane. And the food was an absolute mess. I was traveling back home and so fast food was the idea go to because it's easy to eat while riding but in this case I got food all over my truck. Also I asked 3 times for the Baconator Combo and got absolutely no bacon."

"The people you have working in this store are rude as hell. I tried to get 2 double stacks, no mustard no onions and the lady on headset at 1:07 on 12/15/23 tried to ring me up 3 times for a double cheese (each sandwich is over 3$ what the double stacks are) and got very mean because "a double stack doesn't come with mustard and onion" when I was literally looking at what comes on it, and it says it comes with mustard onions pickles ketchup and cheese. It wouldn't have been a big deal if she was polite and said "hey that doesn't come on it, so it will just be a regular sandwich" instead of ripping my head off over it. I've worked customer service for 7 years and I've NEVER felt the need to be as rude to a customer as she was to me."

"Pulled up to the drive thru and was “greeted” with a barely-audible grunt. Waited a few seconds to see if perhaps that was just a happenstance but was then “greeted” with the same grunt. I proceeded to order two large peppermint frosties only to be told in the still barely audible voice we don’t have those right now… this will be my last visit there."

"Food as always was good. Service was excellent. It's a Wendy's. Only reason I am really leaving this review is because I was pleased to see a special needs young lady working in there. She was doing an excellent job keeping the dining area clean. More places should follow their lead when it comes to the special needs workers. Most are always smiling and happy to work."
