"I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this place was awful.. Food was good but service was the worst I’ve ever seen! Waited ten minutes for a table and there was only 2 tables with people at them.. Then waited way to long for an order from the lunch menu. Also, never got a refill on my drink. Lastly, when I was done I had to go find someone to cash me out. I’ll never go back to this location. Was excited to go because I love the other location.. highly disappointed!"

"My family and I never go out often so when we do we get excited. We love the Mi Pueblo on Jefferson so we were excited to check out the one closer to home. The Restaurant was beautiful, the food was delicious. However, our service was awful. She literally took our order and we never saw her again til it was time for check. We never got our queso and our drinks never got filled. It seemed like everyone was being served but us. And when I said to the server we never got our queso so could you not charge us for it.. She let out a pathetic oh sorry.... Needless to say we aren't going to go back to that location. I understand that they were short staffed too... I get it. I was a server for 9 years, but i would at least try to take care of everyone to the best of my ability, and if I couldn't I would apologize.. Sincerely."

"Our group of 7 had lunch there a few days after Christmas. The food was fantastic! The chips were especially good; they make their own every day, so they were fresh. One of our party is a vegetarian, so it was nice to see a vegetarian section in the menu. Our server was very friendly and helpful. They don't have a bean & cheese dip on the menu, but they made it for me when I asked. The service may have been a little slow, but we were in no hurry, so it was fine."

"The atmosphere was loud due to being sat right behind a crying child when there were other places to sit further away. Our server seemed a little overwhelmed. Even though it didn't seem that busy. Now the food. Unless you are ready for a mess and what seemed like a fishing expedition with the cheese dip. It was very runny. The MI Pubelo Enchiladas were very tasty and had a decent spice. My wife had Chimi Acapulco Grande. The appearance looked good. The grilled chicken, steak, and shrimp were nicely seasoned. This was more food than what we were expecting for the money for about $15. Overall, it's not a bad first experience. Just could have used more napkins with that cheese dip."
