"Our subs are constantly missing items. My husband ordered tonight via app and mine was missing lettuce and his was missing his dressing. And his bacon wasn't even warmed up just slapped on. We've tried contacting the owner before and anymore our messages are constantly ignored. Will be trying the one over in Butler from now on."

"I used the app to order 4 foot longs and one 6 inch. I've been warned about using the app at this particular Subway but that's what it's there for, it's convenient. Never the less, our orders were simple enough that I really didn't suspect it to be a problem. I paid for added bacon on one sandwich, extra added cheese on another, none of which ended up in our completed order. I asked for no onion, and there were loads of onions. One needed mozzarella and instead had american. The pizza sub wasn't toasted....other issues but these were to most. Now I've worked in this type of industry before and understand mistakes are made but this was more laziness in my opinion. I wonder if I'd be as irritated if when I went to pick up the food the only person working there wasn't just on their phone. Now I don't care about workers being on their phone when they have the time, but if you rushed my order just to get back on the phone, then...that's a huge issue. Good thing there wasn't an allergy issue with the onions. That's what needs to be considered. You're job is making those sandwiches for people you don't know. Especially through the app. I most definitely won't be ordering from here ever again, not through the app or even by going into the store."
