Wendy's

"Went to get lunch and waited in a 3 person like for over 20 minutes to just place our order. On top of that, it took nearly 15 minutes for the food to come out, which was cold to the touch. An order, which was a few ahead of us, walked up to the counter and had said they had not received their order and had been waiting for over 30 minutes. After sitting down and opening our food, the burger patty was barely even half the size of the radius of the bun (where's the beef). The employees were moving so sluggish while working it made sense it took so long to get anything done. Nothing was stocked in the sauces or in the pop machine. On top of the employees working slow, one took some food outside to a customer in their car and on the way in sat behind a poster where they thought no one could see them and started to vape before going in which took almost a minute even though they were clearly behind. The service we received was pathetic and does not resemble Wendy's whatsoever."

"Frosty was good. Order completely messed up besides fires and frosty. I had a free nugget on my meal, they never gave me it. Asked for a plain burger and I got everything on it. Never returning here"

"I went in for a quick meal with 2 friends while we are on a business trip. I was told that the nuggets I received were cooked completely even though they were very obviously not and cold to touch. She had an attitude and didn’t seem to enjoy her job. One of my friends asked for their food to be made well done and was told that it wasn’t possible. In my home state Wendy’s is normally accommodating to requests but this one doesn’t seem to have the same mentality. The atmosphere seemed very stall and tense almost as if they were being forced to work there."

"Where's the beef? It certainly isn't in this sandwich. It's the first time in a long time that I've ate at Wendy's, after this experience I'm not rushing back. This is cutbacks gone wild, that Uber small piece of beef on the hamburger, wow, mostly bun. Staff was fine, service was fine, place was clean, the staff didn't set the standard for that sandwich, they just made it how it is supposed to be."

"We went to Wendy’s today expecting it would be good. We ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and got halfway through it until we noticed our chicken was RAW!!! The workers were super not helpful when we showed them and all they said was “Someone pulled them out of the fryer too early.” Wow really because I have told you that looking at my RAW sandwich. Let’s point out the fact that it’s super unsafe to serve raw chicken or consume it which can result in salmonella and in worse cases being in the hospital from consuming RAW CHICKEN. I would not ever chose this location ever again and if I were you looking to find a good place to eat I would chose somewhere that doesn’t serve raw food. We had to ask for a refund and not even being refunded the correct way. The managers had on dirty clothes and the worker who checked us out was rude and unhelpful. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I will be contacting the Board of Health."
