"Just left JR. I’ve been a lifetime customer with multiple different cars dating back 25 years. So much so that long time employees recognize me by face when I walk in. I have always done my tints at JR due to their “lifetime” warranty on their tints. Well today, when I finally had a rear window tint issue for them to fix, they claim they can only help me with “some” of the cost due to the rise is costs. He said my receipt was an old receipt and he can no longer honor the “lifetime” warranty. To my understanding “lifetime” warranty has no timeframe. I even went to JR about a week ago when another employee saw my car and receipt and said they would honor my receipt and replace the tint at no cost however they were booked for the day. I think this is super unprofessional as they straight up lied on their claim of providing me the customer with lifetime warranty. I did my part of keeping my receipt just in case this exact issue would arise however they did not honor their claim. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Go and find yourself a reputable company that will take care of the customer. Hope this review will prevent this issue from happening to someone else. By the way this is the first negative review I have left for any company. That’s how bad I feel about this situation/company."

"I am very pleased with the service I was given when coming in to replace my fog lights bulbs. I also had a few rims on my car that were damaged and cracked. Which I tried to repair but they were not repairable. While inside JR Electronics I noticed they sell and install rims. I ended up finding a set of 4 new rims for my 2010 BMW 328i coupe. Now I finally look back at my car and appreciate the car more now that it looks much more sporty and overall nice. Also, new rims that are not broken is a must since it’s a safety issue. They even painted my brake calipers red to make them pop out! Thank you to Juan for ensuring the rims fit my brand new tires that I had bought recently for my old cracked and broken rims. I highly recommend JR Electronics for any light bulb replacement, sound system upgrades and upgrading the look of your car with new rims. Also, thank you JR Electronics for including the wheel locks for my new rims at no extra cost. Truly appreciate it."

"Had my caddy at jr for a week and they came up with a horrible setup for my trunk which had a lot of space they installed two 10’ inch speakers against battery racks for the hydro mine you they had options two put wherever not only are they pressed up against the battery rack not allowing them to flex when in use it s been a month that I have my car and both speakers are blown from them being against the rack . And on top of that way over priced $2700 for two 10 inc alpine s a radio and 6/9 pls do yourself a favor and look elsewhere"
