"I have a couple things I'd like to tell you. First, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I noticed they didn't re-attach any of the push pins into the bumper. The bumper was wobbling all around. Second, my vehicle came equipped with a touchless tail gate entry, however, since the hitch has been installed, that feature stopped working. For the first issue, I had a guy come out of the office and look at it, he drove it back into the bay and he and I attempted to push the pins back in. Yes, that is correct I had to HELP. I actually busted a knuckle in the process as well. The scab is almost gone as of today. We weren't able to get them all in and my bumper is still visually crooked to this day. I am very dissatisfied with the results and regret my decision to get a hitch installed on my brand new vehicle."
