"Dr. Kaufman was absolutely wonderful! Knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, reassuring, thorough. Honestly, one of the best eye doctors I have ever had anywhere. The facility also has that machine which tests for eye diseases..so quick and painless and much better than dilation! And as always, a good selection of fashionable eye frames at amazing prices."

"Poor service . Technician too busy to wait on me. Another technician came in and I asked if she could help. She gave some sort of answer as she walked away but could not hear her. I asked again and said was off the clock. No I'm sorry just a curt answer . Poor customer service. I have been getting glasses here for over 10 years and service is no where near the level it use to be."

"I've found my eye doctor! Dr. Natalia Malaret is thorough, and has an enthusiasm for her work. I have learned more about my eyes in the two visits to Dr. Malaret than in the past "many" years, and my prescription is finally correct. Support staff is professional and respect your time with scheduling and procedures."

"Do not recommend. Glasses were made for me which I was told after the fact that they would NEVER work for me or anyone else. My 2 eyes are sooo different that it was a ridiculous mistake for Costco to make. A complete waste of my time. Hopefully my money will be refunded as they mistakenly made prescription sunglasses too."

"This place is absolute lunacy, and now I know why they have same day appointments available. I had my appointment to get an annual exam and was given new a new prescription for contacts. They told me I had to wear the contacts for a week and call them if I wanted to order them. I wear the contacts for about 10 days and call Costco optical. Costco optical said "Oh you needed to call the doctor. I'll transfer you." So I get transferred to the doctor and leave a message because this docter NEVER answers the phone. They call back and I explain I need to order contacts. They start off trying to tell me I needed to call Costco Optical. I said "I just called them and they said I have to call you. I need someone to help me please". She said we cannot help you we are INDEPENDENT - she emphasized MULTIPLE times. I said "You're kidding. You're like 15 feet from the optical counter. You're the one who did my exam so of course you have my prescription - which is supposed to be confidential, and you cannot help your customers?". She just said right. I said "Please give me my prescription, and I will go somewhere else to order my contacts." Instead of saying "Oh I'm very sorry to hear that" or expressing any ounce of caring she just said "OK". Finally I got my prescription emailed to me - and I will NEVER go back there again. Some of the worse service I've ever had."
