"I was not given full info about the portions of the bed that would be sprayed. Apparently, your Silverado tailgate will not get sprayed. Therefore it will not match the rest of the bed. Carl was very adamant that I asked him specifically if "the whole bed would get the application or if my truck was one that the tailgate didn't get it". I would never have known to ask that question. I had laid for the premium level, so slightly higher than the standard. The difference claimed by the Line-X website is Fade Resistance and Long-Lasting Luster. Carl's solution to the color mismatch was 2 parts: 1, let it get dirty and you won't notice it as much. 2, it will fade and not be as glossy in a few years. So he wants me to have a dirty truck and calls the website liars. Great way to stand by your product. He was kind enough to offer me the difference in price between the 2 level. This amounted to about $75. I plan to have this truck for at least 15 years until I retire. So for FIVE DOLLARS A YEAR, I am supposed to be okay with a truck that looks off. No thanks."

"Called and left voice mail on a Tuesday morning for information on a spray in bed liner and received a call back almost immediately. Spoke with Carl who had a wealth of knowledge and a willingness to get my business. Scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. Work was completed as promised and the liner looks fantastic in my son Ford Ranger. Everyone at the office was professional and personable.
