"I called Jason ahead of time to book a reservation appointment for getting my navigator stereo system redone. I brought it in on the appointed day he didn’t remember having the conversation with me about what I needed for the vehicle so we went over it again in the shop. Speakers have been removed from the vehicle because they were not working. I told him this and he said well he was gonna have to put speakers in it to test the system, I said I can go get the other speakers but the reason they were removed is because they weren’t working in the back doors. I drove across town picked up the speakers drop them off to him. He called me at 1:31 telling me my vehicle was ready to go and could I come by and pick it up by two because he was closing which I had no idea he was closing at 2 o’clock. Since I wasn’t gonna make it by the appointed time I paid for it over the phone and had him locked the keys in the car. When I got to the vehicle and listen to the radio I noticed that the bad speakers were still laying in the backseat so I put my ear down to the door there’s no sound he never install the back speakers. When I spoke to him via text and let him know that we have no back speakers he told me I didn’t tell him that they needed to be replaced. Jason does not listen to the customer when the customer comes in or talks to him over the phone. He likes to talk over you so he’s not hearing what you’re saying. He rushed me through when I showed up to drop off the vehicle he was rushing through because he had other work to do which means he didn’t understand or hear what needed to be done to the vehicle For the second time. I have been using auto radio on Phillips Highway for over 30 years and I’ve never gotten rushed through an appointment had an incomplete job ever. I texted him and went over everything again and even said to him that we spoke about this on the phone and we spoke about it in person at the shop and he told me I had a nasty attitude and was blocking my number. We’ll find another radio shop to go to in the future."
