"Very poor customer service with the man to the left when u walk in. I brought it in Oct 23. I told them there was lots of air blowing out of the valve area. They said we will call when its ready. No call a week or so later so I stopped in. They said yes it is ready all certified. I asked what was wrong with it. They looked at me like I had 10 heads. I explained the situation again. They had someone look at it. He said nothing wrong with it but if u want us to replace the valve we can. Someone else took to look at and said it needed a valve. The man in the office said if u do that it will need to b filled. He said yup no problem. The guy at the desk rolled his eyes and said ok. Again they told me they would call when it is ready. A week or 2 later still no call so I went in. Tank ready but empty. When I left it, it was full. I mention it to the man at the desk he said we don't fill them. I reminded him of the conversation with the person replacing valve. He denied it shook his head and said don't know what to tell u with quite the attitude. The girl to the right desk went out to get the tank for me. She is always very friendly and helpful when I go in."

"Since I have been the manager at Gulf Auto Clinic, I have had at least a dozen different vendors approach me about servicing my shop. There is absolutely no way I will let any other company but Maassen Oil service my shop. The rep is fantastic, comes to my shop and monitors my engine oil and transmission fluid levels and lets me know when I need to reorder. We are one of the busiest repair shops in Manatee County and the fact that they care enough about my shop to take the ordering off my plate is enormous. I have not once ever ran out. Also they provided my shop with an amazing system to dispense oil. They are very competitive on their prices but their service is what sets them so far above the rest. I could not be happier with my service from them!"
