"I Was not satisfied with the outcome of the service provided although the idea was great but was not done professionally on my brand new vehicle. It could of been done better and properly which I’ll have to correct myself due to the fact I don’t like to have to go back and forth. Next time I’ll drive the hour in order to get something done right for what it’s worth."
"Great set of guys over at diversified. Came in there in desperate need of welding on an aluminum trailer and kyle took care of me and got me in the next day, despite the fact that they were booked out a month ahead. Kyle was willing to stay after hours just to get me taken care of. Definitely recommend them, theyve got a very nice shop and can definitely knock out anything thrown their way. Great customer service. Very reasonably priced. Thank you kyle and the other welder in there, you guys earned my business!"
"We called and spoke to Wes on a Friday and asked him that we needed a bracket and hitch for a trailer we were picking up a week later. Wes said he needed to confirm some items and would get back to me. Within a couple of hours he did and said everything would be ready for a following Thursday install. We called him on Wednesday and he confirmed all was a go, he had received everything and it would be a 6 hour job. I got there in the am and was driving away with a new hitch by 1:00. While this might not seem like a lot its people like Wes that make things happen that are amazing. It was not a common hitch and needed to be brought down from AL. Thank you guys for the help and we wish you much success"
"I took my boat trailer there for new leaf springs, was quoted $600-800. Upon arrival I showed the salesman a cross member that appeared to be impeding the springs. Two weeks later I was called and told my bill was $1518.32. When I picked up trailer, the same issue with the cross member was still an issue. I pointed the discrepancy out to the installer and he informed me that when I pulled trailer away, it would straighten out. Upon return to Lake Placid, I examined trailer and the same situation still existed. Returned trailer the following morning to be ignored by salesman and owner; knowing full well that I am unhappy about the double charge and the same problem still existing. After sitting a couple more days, the boat trailer manufacturer was contacted and it was determined that the cross member was added and not original. Gary (sales) called me and told me they would have to charge me more labor and materials. I refused to pay more and Gary said that I would have to talk with Wes (new owner) who was out doing whatever until the following Monday. On Monday July 24th I received a call from Wes and he wanted more money to fix what I brought the boat in for three weeks earlier. I picked my boat up and took it to a qualified fabrication shop. If you want to be overcharged for substandard work call Diversified. The one star grade is an exaggeration and misrepresentation, as they deserve zero stars. July 31, 2017 After further investigation it has been determined that the springs are the incorrect size. Additionally, the U-bolts that were replaced were of automobile quality, not galvanized like the rest of my hardware. The bunk bracket they replaced was of non-similar metal as well; all others being heavy gauge gusseted aluminum. I believe that they installed the original size springs as specified by the manufacturer; never mind the monies I have spent w Diversified previously to increase the trailer's weight capacities. I am unhappy about the entire transaction that was totally unsatisfactory. More photos to come!"
