"If you want to lose customers, just walk on their property and place a scam sticker on their car. I awoke to find a fake violation notice on my wife's PERFECTLY RUNNING CAR. The note was in bright orange with wording indicating a code violation. The letter is a scam, and is being forwarded to the AG Ashley Moody; along with a testimony. There IS NO BUSINESS LISTING FOR JAROD'S TOWING. USDOT HAD NO RECORDS OF THAT COMPANY EITHER!! This is a scam company and I will see to it that it is held accountable for tresspass and mental anguish."

"If I could give them minus stars, I would. I do not recommend this company. They purchased my father's car and title to take for junk, in 2017. Two years later, the police found the car abandoned on I-75 and still registered in his name. The car was towed to Venice and he was billed for $438.00 (towing & rental). Plus, $85.75, paid to DMV for a new car title. He also lost a day's work. Something doesn't sound right here! Then, how come the car is still in our name?"

"If I could give this guy 0 stars I would. Dont waste your time!!! First he answered his phone cussing about how people needed to stop calling his phone because he was busy working on his busted truck. Then he called back and apologized so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He told me it would be a week before he could come out. The day he came out, he didn't call or text so when he showed up my husband went to open our back gate and let him in then came up to the house to get the title. By the time he ran up to the house, the tow truck driver just drove off! We waited a week and he couldn't wait 10 minutes to get the title! Then he had the audacity to send me nasty texts about dumb people wasting his time! Completely unprofessional and abusive. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!"

"Called them because I needed a vehicle towed out of my yard. I was told they could get to it in 2 days and the call them back. I called them back 2 days later and got voice mail so I left a message. Nobody even bothered to call me back. What a waste of time. If they didn't have the time the least they could have done is just tell me. I recommend you call somebody else if you need something done."
