"If i could give this company zero stars i would. I am a Wedding planner. My clients booked this venue in March paid their $500 deposit and contract signed. Since March my clients were in contact with Maria , even went to go see the venue a couple of times to do mock up tables. On July 8th i came down to FL to look at the venue then Maria tells us that she has someone else booked for that day!!!!! (2 weeks before my clients wedding !!!) Not only did she say that , she tried to pretend like she didn’t speak any English and called another lady on the phone . The lady on the phone told us that she had been trying to contact my clients and never heard back EVEN THOUGH I REACHED OUT AND MARIA HAD FREQUENT COMMUNICATION WITH MY CLIENTS !!! After we went back and forth Maria says she has another venue down the street that was bigger , nicer and had longer operating hours ! She takes us to a dump !!!! (See pictures) I demanded she pay them their $500 back and she did but this lady and company is GARBAGE and very unprofessional!!!! She should be embarrassed of herself !!!!! BOOK YOUR EVENTS WITH IMAGINE EVENT HALL !!!! MUCH BETTER & THEY PROVIDE MORE WITH THE SAME PRICE !!!!!!"

"I reserved a date months in advance and i gave my $500 security deposit which was supposed to be given back to me after the party. about two weeks after i reserved the date, I decided to cancel the party and went to get MY $500 back. The owner Maria claimed that once u put money down they don’t usually give money back but she made it seem like she was doing me a favor by giving me only $375 back and kept $125. But no where on the receipt mentioned some type of cancellation fee and she did not inform me that i cannot cancel without getting my money back in full. It was very unprofessional and I’m really upset that this company stole $125 from me even tho i did NOT use none of her space at all. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"I had an event here on 12/27. Spoke to the owner Maria on Tuesday 12/29 2 days after the event. Pictures to prove it in the fb review! She said my deposit was ready! Today I texted to pick up my deposit and she claims we broke a Mirror 9 days after the event she has not once called me to informed me of this until now! This is unexplainable during a pandemic! I left that place in the same condition I found it! I mopped cleaned counters, cleaned the bathrooms. the parking lot had glass ever where the bar next store left drinks on the floor. They were not cleaned before my party!"
