"The tire dept has very bad customer service, bought 2 BF Goodrich tires on Friday that side wall ballooned with out use! Unfortunately could not have them installed at the club because they had no appointments for a whole month so took them to another tire shop and because of this now they don’t want to honor the warranty, this car is used by my older cousin that has stage 4 cancer and need the tires installed asap, but the rude manager was not having it telling the attending associate that she needed to buy a new tire, very rude and unpleasant character he was!… Stay away from the tire shop altogether just a terrible experience overall! *Update 01/04/24* So Tire choice stepped up and honored the warranty on the defective tire sold by Sam’s club and gave us a new tire, and it turns out the tire from Sam’s club was made in 2021 so they sold us a 2 yr old defective tire !! Shame on Sam’s club tire dept!!!"

"I cannot say enough good things about the 2 guys working the curbside pickup Sunday afternoon at the Gatlin location. Amariyon and Taylor seemed to be working by themselves, and were doing such a great job. Every spot was full and a couple of us were waiting for our orders, standing outside of our cars, so I had the opportunity to see them in action. They were so polite and courteous to everyone they interacted with. Answering everyone's questions regarding their orders, in such an upbeat and friendly manner. It was very refreshing to see those guys out there handling everything so efficiently and promptly. I feel like it's rare to see that kind of spirit in staff, so I wanted to make sure to call them out."

"Customer service is terrible, waited 20 minutes for someone with a fork lift to lower one of 7 pallets of paper towels. None on the floor, flagged down three employees and one fork lift driver was told the people in this area are in lunch, half an hour before the store closes and then the fork lift driver tells my pregnant wife that it’s not his Department. Don’t waste your money on a membership here, no need to pay to be treated bad go to Walmart for that. The gas line is slow as can be and not even that well priced. Cancelled membership and walk out and left cart of merchandise when they treat people that way. Save the time and effort get Amazon at this point."

"Sample machine kept on thinking about awarding me the current free sample “Popcorn” and I stood there a good 5 minutes and no free Popcorn sample. Walked away. It’s 10 am, I could understand if it’s 8 pm, but not 10 am. Wake Up Sam’s."

"It is one of the best Sam's Club in the area. It has almost everything of daily use and more including fresh produce, dairy, meat, sea food, snacks, drinks,clothes, shoes, jewellery, electronics, tires, indoor/outdoor furniture and everything inbetween. Variety is great. Store is hygienic and clean. Prices are reasonable and staff is helpful."
