"Terrible customer service. Don’t even bother! The customer service rep was not only extremely rude but wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence without cutting me off. I asked to speak to a manager and she laughed and ended the call. I tried calling back multiple times and they wouldn’t answer. As a professional myself who works with the elderly, I can only imagine how they speak to those who have less knowledge about medical equipments and can’t advocate for themselves. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with them! Completely unprofessional!"

"I am so thankful to every single person I spoke with today from the Receptionist (I forgot her name, I'm so sorry) to the warehouse man (Danny), to the after hours person (Pablo) and to the driver (Jon). Within 1 hour, they had the home oxygen unit at my moms house. They were all so compassionate and genuinely concerned. The receptionist said she would treat my situation how she would if it were her own Mother. She truly did just that. They all went above and beyond. I was in tears. Happy, thankful tears of relief. I can't thank all of you enough. My mom will finally get a good nights sleep....as will I. Thank you again. God Bless."
