"My wife went in to Sell my 115 gram 14k miami cuban chain. We ran into unexpected bills that needed to paid immediately. After telling the manager this and asking for the fairest and best price possible the manager offers her $2000 for the chain. My wife had already known what the chain is worth in scrap or retail value. Scrap is $3500. We wouldn't have taken scrap prices for the chain since it retails used for close to $5500. Very dishonest people looking to take advantage of good people in a bad situation. Everyone knows pawn shops pay scrap gold prices at minimum. Stay away!!! Plus the shop is the most unorganized pawn shop I have ever seen!!!"
