"They sent me the wrong crank and rod bearings so I emailed me. I waited for a reply with no answer. So I called them. When someone answered the girl acted as if she couldn't hear me then put me on hold for about 15 minutes. The girl then picks up the phone again and I said "yes, hello". The girl then hangs up on me. Poor customer service."
