"Called this morning for some parts, spoke to some guy who had some Hispanic accent and wanted to see if they could work on the price of motorcraft ball joints like they worked with me on the price of a motor craft rack and pin and he said that's impossible because motorcraft is not adjustable but they sold me a rack and pin for $460 after quoting my $570. Dude was rude and annoying so I just hung up and gonna take my money elsewhere. Get your parts from rock auto man, at least they have some consistency."
