Publix Pharmacy at Lake Worth 214 North Dixie Highway, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460

"I’ve honestly struggled using Publix as my main pharmacy and last week I was out of medication and my doctor even called to see if they had in stock they said yes but didn’t bother to tell her that they can’t take me on as a patient for this medication and I have to get it at the location who gave it to me last …. But did they bother to inform me of this information? Were they just going to ignore my prescription and not fill it ? I think so! almost as like no one cares & when I asked the pharmacist on Saturday to be put on the list she was just a fill in so she couldn’t make the call when I came back on Monday I asked the pharmacist and she told me I have to wait until Friday … until the pharmacist manager is here … like where is the communication between workers ? I just don’t understand…"

"Been a pharmacy customer for 10 years at this location they changed pharmacists a few years ago and its been down hill since this month they charged me three times for a covered basic prescription saying it was my insurance my insurance says that what the tech told me was a lie when I asked about it the brace face girl working the counter was rude and wouldn’t even try to correct her own mistake I wouldn’t fill prescriptions here unless you want to be over charged the girl probably pocketed the money"

"I'm not in this area all the time but when i am I don't use this Publix that Much. I have used this Publix's Pharmacy very well managed and caring. Very good at explaining and answering questions. This Publix is a small Publix and just doesn't carry or keep put out whats been brought at least not Enough to get everything needed. I spoke to the Manager here about the Deli's ready food ,poor quality. In the last two years its gone down hill worse and worse. All the cooked food is over salted and strangely over cooked, compared to other Publix's. I showed the Manager that the chickens put out for people to buy were burned and should not be sold. Yet that's how its sold day after day. The Deli here could make a Fortune but you get what you hirer. To little is put out for easy access, to get food and go. Just to get a sub made or Pick up a salad made or Publix tea's You would wait 45min.to more than an hour. I so moved on. The produce Dept. Is great there.Very well kept. Even the organic stuff every thing you need is there and it looks beautiful and clean. Fruit Great. I don't know about you but I'm tired of spending my money and your treated like your suppose to deal with a poorly run business. Its almost like your expected to work there to get something you want to buy. No thanks , I love Publix just not this one!"
