"These guys are the worst at customer service took over a month & 1/2 to get a transmission. They Took too long didn’t want the transmission anymore and took another month to get the transmission and still haven’t received my money. You got to call them to get them to move otherwise they’ll sit there and let the days go by. Customers service people ignore your calls had to call them private. They said full refund if not satisfied still charged me for stocking fee & they supposedly don’t know how much it is. They shouldn’t be up for business."

"Ordered a 6L90, lasted about 900 miles, sent it back toasted, got a replacement about a month later after after fighting the warranty dept. I received my replacement and it’s lasted about the same mileage and already throwing valve body codes. Currently waiting to see how this is handled. Not impressed at all. Update: Sent me a bad TCM to fix my problems, then decided I needed a new transmission altogether, so I’m currently now putting in my 3rd transmission in the last year or so. Buy a transmission from somewhere else and don’t waste time with this place. Update: Got my new trans about a month ago and havnt been able to find and opening to get it put in, and have been hassled more times about my core return than I ever have before and even told them I needed an extension on time to get the core back to them being that this is the 3rd time in a year I’ve had the trans out. This place is a joke."
