"I've been using PICC Lines Plus for just under two years, and I keep having negative experiences with them. I get a medication that needs to be refrigerated. One time it got shipped without a cooler or any ice packs. It sat in my building's receiving room for the weekend, because they also didn't label it as perishable (which my building would have alerted me about) or let me know that they were shipping it a week early. Another time, I told them 3 times in different phone calls, "Don't ship the medication until next week. I am out of town until Monday." OK, sure, we understand. That was disregarded, and the medication was shipped right away. I needed to have a neighbor pick it up. I needed paperwork from them this past January. I emailed. No response. I called. "Sure, I'll have someone send it to you this afternoon." Lie. I still haven't gotten the paperwork. The most recent mess up involved medication I need tomorrow morning. Two days ago I called, because I was concerned that they never called me to set up a delivery. They said they'd handle it and give me a call back that day. Lie. Next day I call, and I find out my med's authorization expired on March 2nd, and they never renewed it. Apparently they missed it because the company got bought out, and they are under new management. They said they will start the process of getting it reauthorized (note that they didn't do anything when I first called the day before), and it should be done by the end of the day. Lie. Today, I called, "Oh, your insurance didn't approve it yet. It's fine though, we can ship it out as late as 7pm." I called my insurance company, and they said they approved it immediately after they received it yesterday. My insurance company tries calling them, and gets told "Call back in 1 hour, no one here can handle this." Great. Insurance calls again. 1 hour was not enough. Tries again later and tells them what they need to do. I call just after 5pm, and I find out the pharmacy closed at 5pm, so they can't ship me anything - so much for 7pm. In fact, they don't even know if it was shipped today or not. They don't know if I can get it tomorrow either. It's all incredibly frustrating, and it's made worse by them just lying over and over. I understand that reps can't anticipate how long it will take insurance companies to do anything, but not one of those stories was my insurance company's fault. Their reps are super nice, but the company is too unreliable."

Seriously, I’ve used SO many home infusion companies over the years and NOT ONE compares to PICC Lines Plus! Always super friendly and have never had any kind of issue in fact it’s almost bizarre how much less I have to do than in the past to get my visit set up.
